Processing time:
  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed, especially during the holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your order.
Shipping time:
  • To US address: 10-13 days for all Standard Shipping Orders.
  • International Warehouses: 15-20 days for all Standard Shipping Orders.
You will receive an order confirmation upon purchase and then a shipping confirmation via text message and/or email with your tracking number once your order is processed. Please allow 1–2 days for processing time before tracking your package. You could also contact us via email for help.

-What are Wonder Knot's Shipping Options?-

FREE Standard Shipping:
  • We offer FREE shipping with purchases over US$99. For orders below US$99, it will be charged a shipping fee. Shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses worldwide excluding remote areas.
Shipping fee:
  • Standard Shipping Fee: US$6
  • Remote Outlying Territories: US$50
*Outlying territories are for Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands.

-Holiday Shipping-

Due to the holidays, shipping companies will usually have a high volume of shipping traffic. Shipping companies will require additional time to deliver. We will contact you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

-What are duties and taxes and who pays them?-

Import taxes are implemented by your local government to mostly (but not only) protect your local economy and regulate international trade.

Clearing customs and paying import taxes is the sole responsibility of the buyer/customer. Wonder Knot cannot be held responsible for customs procedures or if taxes of any kind are charged to you upon delivery of your purchase.

Please bear in mind that import taxes differ from shipping costs added to your order before you confirm your purchase. Import taxes do not go to Wonder Knot and are usually collected by the carrier on behalf of your local customs authorities.

-Refund & Returns-

Order Changes and Cancellations:
  • If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate requests made before shipping confirmation, although some changes may result in a delay. Please note that special orders and orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled. If a shipping label has already been generated, any cancellation or modification requested by the customer will incur a processing fee equal to 10% of the order value to cover logistics interception and product restocking costs. If your order has already shipped, you may still contact us for assistance.

To qualify for a refund, please ensure you meet the following criteria:

  3. Attach Evidence: Attach the required photos and video.
  4. Wait for Confirmation: Our team will review your request and process your refund directly to your original payment method.
Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed immediately. Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement or credit card, depending on your financial institution.
